Angkor Quality Foods Co. LTD is proud to introduce great tasting dehydrated bananas originated from the pristine high plateau of Phnom 1500 region of Cambodia. We source our bananas from small family farms, providing them with a market for their products, and they provide us with fresh organic bananas free from all chemicals. These farms are primarily located high up in the Veal Veng plateau close to the Samkos Wildlife Sanctuary.
It is our company’s mission to contribute towards the protection of biodiversity by providing a reliable market and opportunities for our farmers to earn their livelihoods through sustainable farming rather than harvesting wildlife and encroaching on wildlife sanctuary in this region.
There are more and more family farms who wish to participate in this initiative year after year. To ensure consistent quality and great taste of our dehydrated bananas for our customers, we set high standards for our farmers and accept only specific varieties of bananas that are traditionally grown in this plateau.
